I guess getting up at 7am 2 mornings in a row is taking it’s effect on me. My eyes hurt, my head hurts, and I feel tired. Last night I went to bed at around 11pm, but I ended up falling asleep around midnight. I know for some people it’s normal to only get around 7 hours sleep, but I like having more than that!
I’ve yet to get into a proper sleeping routine, with me only going to Tech 3 days a week, I always tend to sleep in. Maybe if on the other 4 days I had a reason to get up, but I don’t really have anything else to do.
